Philosophy of Teaching
My belief as a teacher is that I will always learn and embrace growing as an individual and as an educator. It is my job to set up an environment that encourages them to learn and explore, while being motivating to each and every student. I will set a good example for my students and promote values, morals and independence in all aspects of life. I will not only teach them what respect is for each other, but I will show them what respect should look like.
Learning is forever changing, and I believe that it is my job to show my students that it is okay to fail, but be there to teach them strategies to help them succeed. It is my job to make sure each and every child reaches his or her potential before leaving my classroom. I believe that I need to make learning fun, exciting, and ever-changing. I believe that by using Bloom’s Higher Order of Thinking, I will encourage children to think beyond the surface. By teaching them effectively they will become the strong people of today that make them even stronger people tomorrow.

"Every great dream begins with a dreamer. Always remember, you have within you
the strength, the patience, and the passion to reach for the stars to change the world."
